All suppliers of services to Marine Response (MR) are considered to be “Data Controllers” for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Provision (GDPR) where applicable, and all suppliers should familiarise themselves with their corresponding obligations under the GDPR, and should comply fully with any and all data protection or privacy regulations or legislation which may govern their supply of services to MR in any way.
Suppliers will be liable to MR for any fines, penalties, damages, costs or losses incurred by MR arising out of the failure of a supplier to comply with any such regulations or legislation.
